It is only possible to get & install language packs on Windows XP x64. If you are on x86 and want your XP in another language you'll need the Windows XP installation CD of your language.

I have original (copy?) CDs...  I think three of them, all for 32 bit.  They will only install on Windows XP Professional English.  Let me know if I can help.
