Normally I do my video editing in Windows.  (8.1 ) For more complex video editing.

I want to try a Linux version of video editing program for basic video editing.

I've decided to go with Pitivi.

Anyone used Pitivi ?

Do you use alternative video editors?

Out of all the movie editors I have tested the only one I personally can recommend is Apple's "Final Cut Pro 10.1.3" I am not normally an Apple fan, but in this case the ease of use and the capability far exceeds anything else I have ever tried. The Larry Jordan training class is also the clearest and best taught video class I have ever seen.
