Hi
Windows Dr. reported the conime.exe file as backdoor trojan, is it a normal file in windows vista or a virus?

conime.exe is a normal windows file - it deals with input for asian languages using IME ("Input Method Editor".) What exactly are the error/s you are getting? Try uploading it to
http://www.virustotal.com/
and see what you get.

conime.exe is a legit Microsoft file, and if its infected, that usually means something else infected, ethier through browser/flash/java exploits or if there is something malicious on your computer.  Download MBAM and see if what results you get

Do you need these extra languages?  Uninstall them.  Also check the control panel / region and language and remove the extra keyboards... you are only using one, right?
